                           BONE SCREW INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Titanium Cannulated Bone Screws
Minimize Surgery Time By Eliminating Complicated Procedure Steps.

  1. Make exposure of fracture or osteotomy site.

  2. Reduce fracture and stabilize with guide wire position depth gauge/countersink on guide wire.  Press against bone; rotate clockwise if countersinking is desired.

  3. If no counter sinking is desired, measurement of screw length is shown on depth gauge/countersink.  Overdrill of proximal cortex is optional on 2.8, 3.5, and 4.0mm screws.

  4. Choose proper length of screw from tray.  Place screw on hex driver and then place hex driver with screw over guide wire.

  5. Turn driver clock-wise to drive screw into bone.

  6. Tighten screw against cortical bone and remove guide wire.
