The Endotrac System
For Endoscopic Plantar Fasciotomies (EPF) &
Endoscopic Gastrocnemius Recession (EGR)

plantar fasciotomies

The Endotrac™ System for Endoscopic Plantar Fasciotomy & Endoscopic Gastrocnemius Recession (EGR) includes a small diameter obturator and internally laser marked slotted cannula, fascial elevator, fascial probe, ergonomically designed reusable blade handles and a sterilizable tray.  Foot surgeons have found the Endotrac™ System to be less traumatic to tissue due to the smaller diameter of the cannula and the bridge distal end of the cannula which minimizes tissue trauma.  The internally-marked cannula provides a clear guide for the surgeon to perform a medial band release without looking away from the O.R. monitor. The Endotrac™  System is designed to be used with a standard 4.0mm, 30 degree scope.
